80% raw – 20% cooked
These are suggestions and can be substituted or alternated for other vegetables or fruit. Please follow some simple rules:
- ¾ All salads can consist of any vegetables with an olive oil dressing or dressing from recipe list. (no eggs, ham, turkey, bacon bits, croutons, crackers, cheese, ice berg lettuce)
- ¾ Vegetables can be eaten raw or steamed (118+degrees kills enzymes)
- ¾ No white flour products (corn, cake flour, crackers, cookies, pasta) substitute: whole wheat, sprouted bread (Ezekiel), spelt flour
- ¾ No dairy (eggs, cow milk, ice cream, cheese, yogurt) substitute: almond milk, soy ice cream, soy cheese, soy yogurt
- ¾ No coffee, Lipton teas sort, sodas-substitute: herbal teas, fresh juices, water
- ¾ No white sugar or brown-substitute: raw crane sugar, maple syrup, honey, beet sugar
- ¾ Drink spring water 1 oz. for every 2lb of body weight
The above non-nutrient foods cause the body to use excessive amounts of enzymes (needed for liver and cells) and energy!!
